2022 - APS Level 4/ Level 5 - Cyber Security and Networks Officer - Various Roles

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Information Management and Technology Division (IMD) within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking multiple energetic and talented people across a range of Cyber Security work streams to contribute to the technical support of DFAT corporate enabling services in the Cyber Security and Networks Branch (CRB). This includes taking on a junior technical role with a high level of collaboration across the five sections in the Cyber Security and Networks Branch.

We are interested in candidates who have any experience or knowledge in a one or more of the following cyber security streams:

  • Cyber Risk
  • Cyber Policy or Training
  • Cyber Outreach and Communications
  • Cyber Security Architecture
  • Cyber Operations and Defence
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence
  • Cyber Networks and Gateway
  • Cyber Projects  

This recruitment process will be used to fill current vacancies as well as vacancies which may arise over the coming 12 months.
