Our friendly team is here to support you throughout your degree and can help you with enquiries from student administration and advice to support services.

Our Student Services Officers are available in-person throughout the week. If you have any questions, make sure to come and see us.

One-on-one appointment (In-person) with Student Services Adviser

We have student appointments available throughout the semester as below:

               -         Tuesday: 10am to 11am

-         Wednesday: 2pm to 3pm

-         Thursday: 10am to 11am

No Show and Cancellation Policy

When booking a one-on-one consultation with a CECC Student Services Team Member, students are expected to:
- Arrive on time; and
- Have developed a draft study plan and/or prepared material relevant to your appointment; and
- Honour all scheduled appointments, with the exception of a genuine emergency.

Students who do not arrive within 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a "no show."

Students who are unable to attend an appointment are expected to cancel at least 1 hour prior to the start of their scheduled time. This can be done via the Career Hub booking page.

Students with two “No-Shows” and/or late cancellations (i.e. cancellations within one hour of the appointment time) over the course of a semester may be restricted from booking further one-on-one appointment with the CECC Student Services Team.

The Academic Services team provides our academic colleagues with expert guidance and support in the administration of CECC coursework programs and courses. Our portfolio includes (but is not limited to):
