Our friendly team is here to support you throughout your degree and can help you with enquiries from student administration and advice to support services.
Our Student Services Officers are available in-person throughout the week. If you have any questions, make sure to come and see us.

10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
One-on-one appointment (In-person) with Student Services Adviser
We have student appointments available throughout the semester, starting from week 2 of the semester:
- Tuesday: 10am to 11am
- Wednesday: 2pm to 3pm
- Thursday: 10am to 11am
Please book the appointment with us via Career Hub. (Choose ‘CECC Student Appointments’ tab).
Note: if this is the first time you are using Career Hub, please register an account using your ANU student email.
** Updates for December 2023: The appointments will be avaialble on Tuesday and Wednesday only during December 2023, the last appointments of the year will be on Wendesday 20 December 2023. The first appointments of 2024 will be on Tuesday 16 January 2024.

CECC Student Employability

The Academic Services team provides our academic colleagues with expert guidance and support in the administration of CECC coursework programs and courses. Our portfolio includes (but is not limited to):
- governance/curriculum management
- student misconduct/and appeals
- course scheduling and timetabling
- examinations and course result processing.
