Maker Faire Adelaide - a venue for makers to show hobbies, experiments, projects.

The ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science is pleased to sponsor a Girl Maker award at the Maker Faire Adelaide.

Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects.

Maker Faire originated in 2006 in the San Francisco Bay Area and since the inaugural Adelaide Mini Maker Faire in 2013, the event has grown vastly in scale and popularity to become the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
