Calling all Singaporean Students!

Singapore Hackathon
Wednesday 17 April 2019

Would you like to be the health minister for the day?

Well…. unfortunately we can’t quite make that happen - but we can offer you the next best thing!

Come and join Australian National University (ANU) students for a Singapore based Hackathon, from 28-30 June. You’ll get to use Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) computer software to hack health outcomes and model impacts of policy changes.

Your mission will be to imagine that you are the health minister for the day, and to figure out how you should communicate and think about health policy, so that you can make the best decisions about how to allocate your billions of dollars of budget

Think a real-life game of Sims. There is no prior experience with DSM or coding required, and there will be world class experts and veteran hack facilitators on hand to help.

The best part is that it’s FREE to enter, and there is a team prize of $10,000 AUD!

The hack is open to students from Singaporean Universities with limited places on offer.

So what are you waiting for? Apply now to hack the health system!
