CECS staff and students win vox pop competition
Two video entries from CECS staff and students were awarded in a vox pop competition held at The Higher Education Technology Agenda (THETA) last month.
THETA Australasia is a bi-annual event aimed to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology.
The Vox Pop competition saw staff and students creating a 20-30 second video based on the theme of The Edge of the World.
The intention of the competition is to get insights from a range of students, staff, librarians, teaching and learning practitioners, researchers, and professional staff about how technology has influenced education and what the future holds.
The entries were screened at the THETA conference in Hobart. There were ten winners including Salman Durani and Chris Browne, each received a prize of $200.
Congratulations to Salman, Chris and all those involved.
