Proposed changes to engineering programs from 2021

Engineering at ANU
Friday 4 September 2020

The School of Engineering at The Australian National University (ANU) recently approved some changes to our education offerings.

As you know, the ANU engineering community has been actively considering how to design and deliver transformative educational offerings and world-leading research with an impact. We are also building an engineering program that not only equips our graduates with the vital engineering expertise they will need in our future workforce, but which the world needs for the 21st century.

More recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, and its financial consequences, have forced us to think deeply about all of our activities. Now more than ever, we need to strategically prioritise our focus.

To this end, we plan to consolidate and focus our course and program offerings.
