Rabbia is currently working as a full time PhD Student at College of Engineering & Computer Sciences, ANU. She has been awarded with ANU PhD scholarship (International) and HDR Merit scholarship. Her major research area is Machine learning for Wireless Communication.
She received her B.Sc. (Honors) and M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan in 2012 and 2016 respectively. She has served as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of The Punjab as well as University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. She has over an eight years experience of lecturing and supervising undergraduate students.
She was also the Advisor WIE, IEEE Punjab University Student Branch and has been awarded by a Gold Pin for organizing the international IEEE COMSOC Summer School program in 2016. She has managed many non technical branch events and technical workshops. She is an active member of IEEE, IEEE Women in Engineering, IEEE Young Professionals.
