• Analysed the Australian Smart Metering context and compared it with the rest of the world.
• Analysed consumer concerns and identified solutions for various consumer segments.
• Identified consumer needs and functionalities for a Smart Meter.
• Identified measures to give consumer more control over the Smart Meter.
