Sid Chi-Kin Chau is with Australian National University and CSIRO. Previously, he was a visiting professor at MIT, an associate professor at Masdar Institute of Khalifa University, a senior research fellow at A*STAR in Singapore, a Croucher Foundation research fellow at University College London, and a visiting scholar at IBM Watson Research Center and BBN Technologies. He received his Ph.D. from University of Cambridge.
His research is related to Computing Algorithms and Systems for Smart Cities (including smart energy grid, smart buildings, intelligent transportation), particularly, using Blockchain and Internet-of-Things
