Dr Teng Choon Kho

Dr Kho is an Australian Centre for Advanced Photovoltaics (ACAP) Research Fellow. He completed his PhD in 2019 and his double Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry) and Engineering (Electronic) in 2012, both at ANU. Dr Kho worked as a Process Engineer at ANU from 2011-15.

Processing and modelling of silicon solar cells, semiconductor transistors, LEDs, renewable energy.

Dr Kho is currently working on the ARENA funded project titled Heterocontact-Polysilicon Hybrid Interdigitated Back Contact Solar Cells
