Solving optimisation problems is a necessaity in designing and deploying autonomous systems. In this project, the question of designing hardware and/or software systems that aim to minimise the energy requirements to solving certain families of optimisation problems by identifying the mathematical "structures" in problems of interest and developing bespoke realisations of different optimisation solvers whose aim is to return "useful" results while minimsing their energy footprint.
