Our College community
The ANU College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics (CECC) consists of:
- School of Computing (SOCO)
- School of Cybernetics (SOCY)
- School of Engineering (SOEN)
- College’s Professional Services Group (PSG)
The College is led by the College Dean who is advised by the College Executive Committee.
College Executive Committee
The College Executive Committee meets monthly and provides advice to the Dean on the strategic direction of the College, as well as updates from the College’s specialist committees.
Specialist Committees
The College Executive Committee is the key governing and advisory body to the Dean. They meet monthly and provide advice to the Dean on strategic direction of the college, as well as updates from the College’s specialist committees.
Education Committee
The Education Committee is chaired by the Associate Dean Education and is responsible for setting, supporting, and meeting strategic goals related to education within the College.
Engagement, Research and Impact Committee
The ERIC is chaired by the Associate Dean - Engagement, Research and Impact and provides guidance to the College Executive Committee on all aspects of engagement between the University and the wider community.
HDR Committee
The Higher Degree Research (HDR) Committee is chaired by the Associate Dean - HDR and aims to provide guidance to the College Executive Committee on aspects relating to HDR candidates within the College.
Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion & Equity (DBIE) Committee
The Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion and Equity Committee is to support the College’s aim to attract and retain a staff and student population that is reflective of a diversity of backgrounds, knowledge, experience and perspectives.
WHS Committee
The purpose of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Committee is to provide oversight of the College WHS Local Plan and implementation of the University WHS Management System.
