Orion Health is a global company that develops software to drive efficiency in healthcare and improve healthcare outcomes. We deliver technology solutions for integration, integrated care, and precision medicine. Here in the Canberra office, we develop a suite of products that provide an integrated, patient-centric solution for the management of medications across an entire healthcare system.

We are looking for talented students interesting in working full-time (or part-time) as a Software Engineering Intern over the 2018-19 summer holidays.

Eligibility requirements

You will have completed at least 2 years of a relevant degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering etc.). 

You will be working across the full stack so you will need to have some experience with the following:

• Javascript
• React
• REST
• Java
• Oracle, MS SQL Server
• Git

As an intern, you will be working with supervision but also be trusted to complete work independently to a high standard and seek help as required. 

We have a strong emphasis on tests to ensure the quality of our products, so any experience you have in writing unit/integration/REST tests will be an advantage.

Remuneration

This is a paid position and you will be paid an above-award hourly rate.
