Welcome to our new engineering students from partner universities

The Research School of Electrical, Energy and Materials Engineering (RSEEME) hosted an informal lunch for new undergraduate students from our partner universities on Thursday 28 July in the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) Design Studio.

Professor Rob Mahony, Director RSEEME, Professor Thushara Abhayapala, Deputy Dean CECS and Dr Matt Doolan, Senior Lecturer RSE welcomed students to the College and congratulated them for choosing to study engineering at ANU.

The lunch was organised by Student Experience Convenor Dr Fiona Beck and gave students an opportunity to meet fellow students, to network, and make them aware of the available services at the ANU and the College.

Students were also introduced to a representative of the Student Academic and Learning Centre and representatives from the Engineering Students’ Association.

A big welcome to our new students commencing studies this semester.
