Welcome to our new students from partner universities

As part of the new semester, the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science welcomed undergraduate computer science students who have joined the ANU through our partner universities, at an informal lunch on Thursday 9 March.

Students attended from our partners in Canada, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore and the US.

The lunch was organised by student experience convenor’s Dr Ben Swift and Dr Nan Yang and gave students an opportunity to meet fellow students, to network, get advice and find out more about the CECS.

Students were also told about a range of support services that are on offer to help them throughout the course of their studies at ANU. Representatives from the College Executive, College Student Services, ANU Fifty 50, and the ANU Engineering Students Association attended and talked to students about their options.

Thank you to all our student volunters from partner universities that came and shared their experience from their time so far at ANU with the new students.

A big welcome to all our new international partner students commencing studies this semester!
